I am a sounding board for Directors and Leaders who want practical, sound HR advice to overcome real issues and realize the full profit potential of their people and business.

I am an expert in all things HR from, how to manage people and performance better to how to have that difficult conversation, drive change, shape culture, hire and develop people while keeping your house in order with the right people in the right roles in the right structure, on the right employment contracts with the necessary policies and process.

I do onsite work with local Irish companies and I work from home. I have provided 1 day per week support to business who want it for extended periods of time. I also do strengths based leadership and development coaching online for a number of my international remote clients.
